Partnerships

There is a big difference in the way people work together as a 'team of individual partners' versus 'a partnership team'. A more generic way of saying this is seeing the difference between a 'team of stars' and a 'star team'. A 'partnership team' is a much more powerful context for creating a co-invented future. It also allows each member to fully embrace and appreciate each other's current reality. Only when this is alive is true dialogue possible.
